Nikolas Konstant has nearly three decades of experience as an investor, merchant financier, and public and private company advisor. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the management of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and capital formations. In the past, Nikolas Konstant co-managed a $100 million derivatives hedge fund at NCVC. He also served as the sole managing director of NCVC, LLC, a venture capital fund and indirect Nightingale Conant subsidiary valued at $230 million.

Nikolas Konstant has served as the chief executive officer of Pure Aviation, LLC, in Los Angeles, California, since 2015. He is also the CEO of Plethora Industries, Inc. In addition to his business leadership roles, he has held board positions with many businesses and organizations, including On Stage Entertainment, the Brentwood School, and both the Board of Governors and the Board of the Investment Committee at Cedars-Sinai.

Mr. Konstant studied real estate finance under Professor Ed Golden at the University of California, Los Angeles. He later studied corporate finance with Mark Mitchell at the University of Chicago. The head of the university’s corporate finance program, Professor Mitchell, played a key role in Mr. Konstant's subsequent attendance at an advanced executive management program (MBA equivalent) at Harvard Business School. He also holds a master of Science in calculus from Barstow College.
